The running man
This a short (11 minute) film about a futuristic racer (Zach Hugh) who
uses his telekinetic abillity to destroy other opponents, and give himself a winning advantage.
His powers eventually get the best of him, with tragic results.
This aired on Mtvs liquid television in the early 90's
