Hi,
The physical strength of a person is on its peak in mid-twenties and declines to age fifty. The lower extremity of a person in advanced age decreases. Tai chi exercise is a big help because it activates all the joints and major muscle group. It is done in a slow, rhythmic and mindful way to prime up the body for whatever demands.
